I just want to compliment the Westwood Lodge Office Staff for the great service they deliver to us as students. We highly appreciate how we are being treated and that you respond to our needs. 

To the Cleaning Staff: we highly thank and appreciate the great work that the ladies do in keeping our houses clean and spotless all the time, they are always punctual and there’s not a single day where they don’t clean our houses. We are nothing without them. ????

The Security Staff: we feel safe at the Lodge because of their presence. We highly appreciate it

Subject: Appreciation of the cleaning ladies

I am writing this email just to pass through my deepest gratitude for the cleaning ladies. These ladies ensure that our houses are almost always spotless with the hard work they put in, especially on Mondays after the weekend and our houses are just a dead mess and I'm just always in awe when I leave a dirty house going to school in the morning and come back to a spotless "good to stay in" house. I just thought it would be good for the office staff to also know of their hard work and that we really do appreciate them and see the role they play in ensuring our comfortable stay at the lodge.

To the cleaning ladies, thank you bomama bethu.
